Once positioned, a quick-lock flexible shaft-reinforced with a corrosion-proof sleeve-extends into tubes as narrow as 7 mm, delivering stepless speed control from a gentle 50 rpm polish to a blistering 1 400 rpm descale.

A hollow-core design channels clean water directly through the shaft, emerging as a pinpoint jet at the brush head. This inline spray flushes loosened debris rearward in real time, preventing clogs and ensuring a mirror-finish bore without secondary flushing. Because water never contacts the drive motor, electrical safety is maximized and bearing life is extended.

For extreme fouling, a snap-fit alloy drill head replaces the brush in seconds, boring through calcium carbonate or silica deposits that would stall lesser machines. A pneumatic foot pedal provides instant on/off control and frees both hands to guide the shaft, reducing operator fatigue and eliminating accidental starts during precision work.
