Split Type Boiler Tube Cleaner

Split type boiler tube cleaner can deal with copper pipe, ordinary steel pipe, iron pipe, stainless steel pipe and other materials of the pipe, can deal with straight pipe, elbow, such as S bend, L bend, riser, horizontal pipe, etc. It is suitable for water wall pipe, boiler water wall pipe, s-bend of boiler water wall pipe, heat exchanger and boiler pipe with large shell diameter. It is designed to efficiently remove deposits and debris from the inside of tubes in boilers and heat exchangers, ensuring optimal performance and preventing equipment failure.

1.Split design:

The split type boiler tube cleaner has a split design that allows the body to be disassembled when facing narrow pipes, allowing easy access to manholes. It also has compact structure, the volume is small, make it easy to carry and can be put into the boiler, which is convenient for one person to complete the cleaning work.

2. Stepless adjustable:

The speed can be adjusted according to the difficulty of working conditions. Under normal circumstances, the speed can be adjusted to the middle state, about 900 RPM.  Recommended value for speed adjustment: 10mm flexible shaft -- 30HZ; 12mm flexible shaft -- 35HZ; 16mm flexible shaft -- 38HZ; 22mm flexible shaft -- 40HZ; 27mm flexible shaft -- 43HZ.

3.Torque adjustable:

The torque degree can be adjusted according to the difficulty of working conditions. Recommended torque adjustment value: 10mm flexible axle -- Torque 4; 12mm flexible axle -- torque 5; 16mm flexible axle -- torque 5; 22mm flexible axle -- torque 6; 27mm soft shaft -- Torque 7.

4. Different shaft for option:

The shaft can be adjusted according to the difficulty of working conditions. There are two types of shaft: shaft for straight blocked pipeline; shaft for bend pipeline.
