Preparation before industrial boiler cleaning
(1) Before cleaning, learn more about the structure and materials of the boiler, inspect the inside of the boiler, determine the cleaning method, and formulate safety measures. If the boiler has defects such as leakage or blockage, effective measures should be taken in advance to deal with it.
(2) The scale category must be determined before cleaning. Representative scale samples should be drawn from different parts of the boiler for analysis. For the identification method of scale category, please refer to Annex 1 "Identification Method of Scale Category". For boilers with a rated pressure greater than 1.5Mpa, qualitative analysis of sample scale is required..
(3) Before cleaning, according to the actual situation of the boiler, the cleaning plan must be formulated by professionals and approved by the technical person in charge. The cleaning plan should include the following:
①Boiler user name, boiler model, registration number, service life and last cleaning time, etc.
②Whether the boiler is defective:
③Boiler structure and corrosion status, including scale distribution, thickness (or deposition amount), scale analysis results and equipment status.
(4) Cleaning range and cleaning method.
⑤ Determine the concentration and dosage of cleaning agents, corrosion inhibitors, passivators and other additives, as well as process conditions such as cleaning temperature and time, according to the "cleaning process pilot", boiler structure, boiler material and scale amount, cleaning system;
⑥Chemical cleaning system diagram:
⑦Throttling, isolation and protection measures required for cleaning;
⑧ Items that need to be monitored and recorded during the cleaning process;
⑨Removal and treatment of cleaning waste liquid;
⑩After cleaning or the cleaning of residual scale, cleaning quality acceptance conditions; boiler chemical cleaning should strictly implement the cleaning plan. In case of special circumstances, when the cleaning plan needs to be changed, the original approved technical person in charge should sign and agree.
(5) Before cleaning, recheck the chemical cleaning drugs, such as the purity of the stock solution and the corrosion inhibition efficiency of the selected corrosion inhibitor, and prepare the equipment and materials according to the requirements of technology and safety measures.
