The water system of central air conditioning is divided into two systems: cooling water and chilled water:


1. The cooling water system mainly relies on the cooling tower to dissipate heat. The water in the cooling tower will be in full contact with the air after dripping and activities, and then a lot of dust, microorganisms, soluble salts and corrosive gases in the air will be brought into the cooling tower. , So that the concentration of water impurities continues to increase, which brings a lot of harm to the work of the central air-conditioning system.


Hazard manifestations: dust, salt, bacteria, dissolved oxygen, etc.→scaling, bacteria, algae, rust and slag→accumulate in the copper pipes and filters of the main engine→circulation slows→poor heat dissipation effect→poor cooling effect→waste of power→shorten equipment life number.


The refrigeration system is a sealed system. Dissolved oxygen in the water simply constitutes the blockage of the coil, the corrosion of the unit and pipeline accessories, and then the attenuation of the cooling capacity and the premature damage of the equipment, which directly affects the normal operation of the central air-conditioning system.


Hazard performance: water corrodes the inner wall of the pipeline → rusty residue → blockage of the main engine coil and fan coil → cause the coil to burst or have no cooling effect → waste power → shorten the service life of the equipment.
