How To Use The Pipeline High Pressure Cleaner

According to the blockage of the pipeline, the cleaning method of the pipeline high pressure dredging machine is also different:

1. If the pipeline is partially scaled, that is, if it is not completely blocked, part of the high-pressure hose and the pipeline cleaning nozzle should be sent to 200-300mm of the pipeline to be cleaned. After starting the high-pressure cleaning machine, the nozzle will be behind the slanted jet jet. The reaction force pushes the nozzle forward until the end of the pipeline, and then the nozzle is retracted by the hydraulic collector, which is collected and cleaned according to the degree of fouling, so that the fouling material flows to the nozzle at the same time. Then there is residual scale, revealing the metal color, and finally the cleaning operation is completed.

2. If all the pipes are blocked, put the pipe cleaning nozzle with holes in the front at the nozzle. After starting the high-pressure cleaner, the conical jet of the nozzle near the front end will block the pipe and shoot out perforations larger than its own diameter. The nozzle is drilled in and then reamed by the rear jet to advance. After moving forward for a certain distance, rinse all the dirt back and forth to the nozzle, and after repeated cleaning several times, clean all the fouling in the pipeline.
