Duct Cleaning Process

The air duct cleaning process is as follows:

　　1. Understand the layout of the fresh air duct, return air duct, and air supply duct system according to the drawings;

　　2. Clean and disinfect with the air duct system as a unit;

　　3. Select the dust suction outlet and the cleaning outlet;

　　4. Use the ventilation pipe monitoring and control system to check the pollution degree in the pipeline and the characteristics of the pipeline structure in order to select the appropriate cleaning equipment;

　　5. Equipment and tools arrive at the designated location, cover the objects under the construction site with felt cloth, and start to turn on the temporary power supply. The specific technical person in charge will find the construction entry point and start the cleaning operation of the air duct;

　　1).Preliminary preparation;

　　2). Block the end of the system into the uncleaned air duct, so as to fully isolate the cleaning area and the non-cleaning area to avoid secondary pollution;

　　3). Connect and fix the high-efficiency vacuum dust collection system and the air duct system, and turn on the vacuum cleaner;

　　4). Put the cleaning robot into the air duct for uniform cleaning.

　　6. After cleaning this section of the air pipe, turn off the vacuum cleaner and start processing the dirt of the collector;

　　 7. Clean the fire damper in the operation section. If it cannot be cleaned, it should be cleaned at the opening on the side of the fire damper;

　　 8. The video monitoring system monitors and records before, during and after the duct cleaning, and saves the pictures;

　　 9. Remove the suction tube and the suction tube tray, restore the cleaned and disinfected tuyere, close the tuyere with a rivet gun, and seal the gap with sealant to restore the insulation material;

　　10. Check the strength of the air duct ceiling. If the strength is not enough, install expansion bolts on the ceiling and use prefabricated angle steel pallets to reinforce it. Operate strictly according to the standard without affecting the strength of the air duct. After removing the air outlet and filter, go to the designated place to clean with a high-pressure water gun;

　　11. Collect all the cleaned dirt, disinfect the dirt and transport it to the designated place after being sealed;

　　 12. After cleaning a system duct, the site should be sorted out to restore it to its original state;

　　 13. Coil cleaning.
