Heat Exchanger (heat Exchanger) Cleaning Methods 2
1) Application conditions:
1. The column tube hole is blocked or half blocked and the surrounding or bottom structure of the tube hole is cleaned. The high-pressure hard tube or hose with a rotating nozzle is sprayed to the periphery of the scale, and the spray reaction force automatically advances to clean and remove the scale;
2. The fouling and attachments at the end of the tube are sprayed and cleaned with a hand-held rotating high-pressure jet nozzle (rotating nozzle).
2) Construction conditions
1. According to your main engine heat exchanger model and on-site inspection and your technical requirements, there is no need to pull the core of the tube, remove the end caps at both ends and clean horizontally, do isolation protection, and lay a water collection cloth outside the working surface ( Canvas) in order to protect the surrounding equipment from being polluted by high-pressure jet splashing;
2, the site where your company is cleaning (within 2M around the tube) has no obstructions;
3. Your company provides power supply, water source, lighting facilities and operating equipment (high pressure cleaner) to enter the site (about 3M), high pressure cleaning unit (container-type storage site 2.5*5m2).
