Central air conditioning cleaning program (air conditioning duct cleaning)

1) Understand the layout of the fresh air duct, return air duct and supply duct system according to the drawings.

2) The unit is cleaned and disinfected with the air duct system.

3) Select the dust suction air outlet and cleaning air outlet.

4) Use the ventilation pipe monitoring and control system to check the pollution degree in the pipeline and the characteristics of the pipeline structure, and select the appropriate cleaning equipment.

5) Equipment and tools go to the designated place, and the items under the construction site are covered with felt cloth. The electrician starts to turn on the temporary power supply, and the technical person in charge finds the construction entry point to clean the air duct.

①Preliminary preparation

②The blocking system is put into one end of the uncleaned air duct to fully isolate the cleaning area and the non-cleaning area to avoid secondary pollution.

③ The high-efficiency vacuum dust collection system is connected and fixed with the air duct system, and the vacuum cleaner is turned on.

④ Put the cleaning robot into the air duct and clean it evenly.

6) After cleaning this section of the air duct, turn off the vacuum cleaner and treat the dirt from the collector.

7) Clean the fire damper in the operation section. If it cannot be cleaned, it should be cleaned at one side of the fire damper.

8) The video surveillance system monitors and records before, during and after the duct cleaning, and saves pictures.

9) Remove the suction tube and the suction tube tray, restore the cleaned and disinfected tuyere, use the same material of the original system prepared in advance, close the tuyere with a rivet gun, seal the gap with sealant, and restore the insulation material.

10) Check the strength of the air duct ceiling. If the strength is not enough, install expansion bolts on the ceiling and reinforce it with prefabricated angle steel pallets. Do not affect the strength of the air duct as the principle and operate strictly according to the standard. After removing the air outlet and filter, go to the designated place for cleaning with a high-pressure water gun.

11) Collect all cleaned dirt, seal and transport it out, disinfect the dirt, and transport it to the designated place.

12) After cleaning a system duct, clean up the site and restore it to its original state.

13) Coil cleaning

①. Start the fan coil unit to check its operation status. If there is any abnormality, the construction team leader should fill in the failure confirmation sheet before the fan coil unit construction.

②. Remove the return air vent and filter and clean it with a vacuum cleaner.

③. Disassemble the motor and fan, and clean the fan with a vacuum cleaner.

④. Check the pollution of the cooler of the fan-coil unit, and record or take pictures.

⑥. Check the pollution of the fan, and take video or photograph.

⑦. Use a high-pressure spray gun to add LX-C035 air conditioning aluminum fin cleaner to clean the dirt on the surface, and finally rinse with clean water.

14) When leaving the venue, it shall be checked and accepted by Party A and signed.
